There are also daily lessons for kids at 10am, except Sundays. Brenda is passionate about teaching and she gives you personalized advice. The Enchanted Forest is full of inspirational messages and a safe colorful vibe.

It has the most complete gym in town, fully equipped with free-weights, weight machines, floor mats, resistance bands, elliptical, stationary bikes or treadmills. Anything you need to challenge yourself and keep your shape. It is aimed to help you not only look but feel better. The gym is open daily. The spinning center has all the equipment you may need for this low impact exercise. There’s an 1-hour class every morning, except Sundays.
